On November 9 my wife called your East Valley office to see about having a repairman come to our house and repair the washer. The lady on the phone was courteous and scheduled a repairman for the afternoon. We received a call later letting us know the repairman would be a little late. We certainly appreciated this extra concern. When the repairman, Tony, arrived he went right to work on the washer. He was courteous and diligent in doing his job, and the washer works fine now. My wife and I would like to commend your repairman, Tony, and the lady who took our call. Very good job, and they were willing to drive all the way to my house which is quite far from me. Great job will use again. He did quite a bit of work and went out of his way to fix a 1961 heater. And was able to fix and I didn't have to replace it.
